By purchasing an afterparty ticket or a festival wristband that grants access to afterparties through an official ticket vendor (Lippu.fi & Ticketmaster), you agree to read and comply with the current event terms. These terms can be found on this page and, if necessary, in more detail on the Lippu.fi service and/or in Blockfest’s applications (such as the mobile app).
Please check for updated information as the event approaches. We reserve the right to make program changes.
Read the event information before the event and follow the instructions during the event. Please note that failure to follow the guidelines and terms may result in removal from the event area, and in such cases, the organizer is not obligated to refund the ticket or package price. Pay special attention to the sections on Age Limit, Safety, and Prohibited Items.
Please note that the event is strictly 18+. Minors are not allowed entry, even when accompanied by a guardian, and the festival is not obligated to refund tickets purchased for minors. Age verification will be carried out at the entrance, and attendees must present a valid ID upon request.
GENERAL PRACTICES
Please note that you will need a valid ticket or a festival wristband that grants entry (Flex/Exclusive) as well as a valid photo ID to enter the event.
The organizer is not responsible for changes made by third parties to the lineup or other event details. All rights to changes are reserved. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or other event details. If the event is cancelled or postponed, ticket return and compensation policies will be announced separately. The organizer is not liable for costs or losses incurred by the customer due to cancellation or rescheduling, such as accommodation, travel, or other arrangements.
Please note that photos and videos will be taken at the event for marketing purposes. The recorded material may be used for marketing by Blockfest, Live Nation Finland, Nokia Arena, and the event’s partners. Please inform the photographer if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
Participants are required to follow the event’s safety instructions and the staff’s guidance. Bringing prohibited items or substances into the event area is not allowed, and disruptive behavior may result in removal from the area without ticket refund.
RESALE OF TICKETS / TICKETS PURCHASED FROM THIRD PARTIES
We are not responsible for tickets purchased or received from third parties, nor for their validity. The responsibility always lies with the buyer. Please purchase tickets only from official ticket vendors.
Blockfest does not support or monitor ticket resales but will intervene in cases of misuse if necessary. Please check the purchase terms with the ticket vendors.
Tickets for Nokia Arena afterparties are not intended for resale or marketing use. Any giveaways or promotional campaigns using the event must be agreed upon in writing with the organizer. Tickets given away in violation of the terms may be invalidated without a right to a refund.
If Blockfest or the ticket vendors detect violations of the purchase or usage terms, they reserve the right to take action, including deactivating resold or improperly obtained tickets.
TICKET RETURNS
We are not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties or their return.
