Fest Quest presented by VISA in the Blockfest App


1. GENERAL
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Fest Quest prize promotion (the “Prize Promotion”) organised by Live Nation Finland Oy, in collaboration with VISA.
1.2 By taking part in the Prize Promotion, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. They explain who can take part, how to participate, the available prizes, and in what circumstances we might withhold prizes or disqualify entries.
1.3 This promotion is governed by Our privacy policy, which you can read at https://www.livenation.fi/privacy.
1.4 The Prize Promotion is accessed via the festival website www.jebbit.com (the “Prize Promotion Page”), may appear in the Blockfest app, and can be promoted on social media.
1.5 We may disqualify any entry that includes content that is defamatory, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these Terms or acts unfairly.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To enter, you must:
(a) be a legal resident of Finland;
(b) have a valid ticket to Blockfest 2025;
(c) be 18 years or older; and
(d) comply with these Terms.
2.2 You cannot enter if you or your immediate family work for:
(a) Us, VISA, or any of our affiliated companies; or
(b) any marketing or technical agency involved with this promotion.
2.3 One entry per person per task. No automated or third-party entries allowed.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Prize Promotion runs from 05/08/2025 at 17:00 to 16/08/2025 at 20:00 (“Prize Promotion Period”).
3.2 Only entries submitted during the Prize Promotion Period will be eligible.
3.3 To take part, collect badges using the Fest Quest game in the Blockfest app. Each badge corresponds to a specific task:
3.4 Participation is free, but standard mobile or data charges may apply. You must have a valid Blockfest ticket.
3.5 We may disqualify entries that:
contain inappropriate or illegal content
are dishonest, misleading, or spam-like
are submitted using unfair means or multiple identities
3.6 We’re not responsible for technical issues or lost entries.

4. PRIZES AND WINNER SELECTION
4.1 There are the following number of prizes available and their value

Prize 1 – Ticket upgrades x2. Value 120-240€

Prize 2 – Soft drink voucher x10. Value 6€

Prize 3 – Selfie shown on stage screens. Value = money can’t buy experience.

Prize 4 – Merch discount voucher. Value 10€

Prize 6 – View an artist from the stage x2. Value = money can’t buy experience

Prize 6 – Possibility to play a dj set during the stage changeovers at Visa booth. Value = money can’t buy experience

4.2 Winners are chosen randomly among eligible entries per task, unless otherwise specified.
4.3 We may verify your identity and eligibility before releasing a prize.
4.4 According to Finnish law, prizes may be subject to tax. You are responsible for any applicable tax declarations. Visit vero.fi for more information.

5. PRIZE RULES
5.1 The prize you receive depends on the task badge you complete. All prize details will be available in the Blockfest app.
5.2 Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable (except for Prize 1 if you already have an upgrade).
5.3 If we cannot deliver a prize due to unforeseen circumstances, we may replace it with a similar one.

6. USE OF WINNERS’ INFORMATION
6.1 If you win, we may share your name and image in the Blockfest app, on social media or similar platforms to promote the Prize Promotion. You can object at any time by contacting us, and we will respect your decision.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 We’re not liable for any costs related to your participation or inability to enter.
7.2 We’re not responsible for any losses unless they were foreseeable and caused directly by our actions.
7.3 We’re not liable for:
lost profits or data
reputational damage
indirect or special losses
7.4 We don’t exclude liability for:
personal injury or death caused by our negligence
fraud anything else which cannot be excluded under Finnish law
7.5 We are not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our control (e.g., network failures, pandemics, or force majeure).
7.6 These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. YOUR DATA
8.1 We will process your personal data (name, email, phone) solely for prize purposes, in accordance with Finnish data protection law and our privacy policy: https://www.livenation.fi/privacy
8.2 Your data will be deleted after the promotion ends and prizes are delivered.

9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes can be resolved through the District Court of Helsinki or the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
