Cledos, the energetic Helsinki-based rapper, got his breakthrough with his self-produced single “Töis” in 2017 – the song went viral and gained millions of views on YouTube alone. His first EP “Alo” was released later in 2017 and “Boboff Tape”, a mixtape of 7 songs with featuring acts such as Mikael Gabriel, TIPPA and Gracias, in 2018. Cledos released his debut album “Ceissi” in 2020 which was accompanied with a visual short film, written and directed by the artist himself and Kaverikarim. Both the film and the album were immediate hits and brought the artist an Emma (Finnish Grammy) nomination. In 2018 he was nominated as the Newcomer of The Year, 2019 as Best Hip-hop / R&B act, and in 2020 as Artist of the Year.
Cledos’s best known hits include “Swipe”, “Tän kaa”, “City” featuring A36 and “Kilsoi” featuring Jambo. In addition to his own material, Cledos has featured with many artists, the best known single being the remake of A36’s “Samma Gamla Vanliga”. Already in 2023 Cledos has featured with Isac Elliot on the double platinum streamed single “20min”, and on other singles by Mikael Gabriel, Davi and Nebi.
