The event area consists of Ratinan Stadium, located in the heart of Tampere, and the scenic Ratinanniemi. The festival area is mostly paved or covered with other even surfaces and features three stages, with the largest located at the stadium.
You can move freely with a drink in hand from one performance to another, as the entire festival area serves as a licensed drinking area. The area has several recycling points, and visitors are asked to sort mixed, bio, and plastic waste into the designated bins.
NOTE: The area is under video surveillance, and both video and photography will be conducted on the festival grounds for marketing purposes.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can make purchases at Blockfest using all major debit and credit cards, contactless payment, and mobile payment options that support contactless transactions. All sales points at Blockfest accept card payments. Cash payments are not accepted.
FOOD COURT
The food court offers a diverse selection of food vendors. Visitors can also use the seating in the stadium’s back section, located near the food court, throughout the festival weekend.
EXCLUSIVE AREA (Exclusive Ticket Holders Only)
The cozy, elevated Exclusive area is situated in a prime location directly overlooking the Stadium Stage at Ratinan Stadium. Its location alone ensures a festival experience rarely seen in Finland. The area combines easy access to services, the stadium ambiance, and the best views of the main stage performances, offering a more spacious and comfortable setting to enjoy the festival.

DEPOSIT POINTS
A deposit is added to the price of drinks sold at the festival area.
Bottles, cans and buckets can be returned to the designated deposit point as well as to the bars throughout the festival area. The deposit can be refunded against a new purchase, or you can receive the deposit refund by showing your payment card. The refund will appear in your account within 2–10 business days.

Please note that Celsius products do not have a deposit.
The deposit system helps ensure the proper reuse of drink containers, keeps the festival area cleaner, and gives waste a new life through recycling. 🫶
WATER STATIONS
There are several water stations in the festival area where you can refill your bottle. You may bring an empty, transparent bottle (maximum size 0.5 L, no glass bottles) into the area. The locations of the water stations are marked on the map 💧.
