NLE Choppa, one of the most anticipated names at Blockfest, conquered the music world at just 16 years old with his breakthrough single “Shotta Flow” in 2019. This particular single reached the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100, and it was a significant part of his debut EP, “Cottonwood,” released in December of the same year.
In August 2020, the American rapper from Tennessee released his debut studio album, “Top Shotta,” securing a spot within the top ten on the USA’s Billboard 200 chart. The album featured hit singles like “Camelot” and “Walk Em Down” (feat. Roddy Ricch). Building on his success, NLE Choppa continued with his mixtapes, “From Dark to Light” and “Me vs. Me.” In October 2023, he released his second studio album, “Cottonwood 2,” which included his most popular single to date, “Slut Me Out.” In 2023, the artist also released the TikTok-trending single “IT’S GETTING HOT,” which samples Nelly’s legendary track “Hot In Herre.”
