GENERAL INFORMATION
- 1-day and 2-day Basic Tickets are not exchanged for wristbands. All ticket types (PDF, mobile, physical) are scanned at the entrance gate once per day – a Basic Ticket grants one entry per day to the festival area.
- If you’re holding tickets for multiple people, make sure to give them to the correct individuals before arriving at the festival area.
- All ticket types in the 2 Days Plus, Flex, and Exclusive categories (PDF, mobile, physical) must be exchanged for a wristband before the event. Wristband exchange takes place either during the event week in advance in Tampere (Wed–Thu) at the pre-exchange point located in the Ratina Shopping Center, or in Helsinki (Wed–Thu) at the pre-exchange point located in Mall of Tripla, or during the festival weekend near the festival area.
- Wristbands cannot be delivered by mail for the 2025 event.
- Important! You must bring your ticket and a valid photo ID to the wristband exchange and for age verification at the gates. Please make sure your ID is valid during the festival weekend.
- Wristbands are exchanged in person only and will be placed directly on your wrist – you cannot collect a wristband on someone else’s behalf. This ensures proper attachment and helps prevent misuse.
- Wristbands for 2 Days Plus, Flex, and Exclusive tickets allow re-entry to the festival area. If you leave the festival area, please be prepared for possible queues upon re-entry. If a customer is deemed too intoxicated, staff has the right to deny entry to the festival area. In such a case, the festival is not obligated to refund the ticket or package price.
- Festival wristband is not used for payments, and you do not need to load money onto it. Purchases at Blockfest can be made using all major debit and credit cards, contactless payment, and mobile payment methods that support contactless functionality.

Blockfest and ticket vendors are not responsible for tickets sold to third parties or their validity. Please note that Ticketmaster Resale is the only official platform for buying and selling Blockfest tickets.

Wristband exchange is available during the event week in advance in Tampere (Wed–Thu) at the pre-exchange point located in Ratina Shopping Center, and in Helsinki (Wed–Thu) at the pre-exchange point located in Mall of Tripla, or during the festival weekend near the festival area. Both advance wristband exchange points are accessible.

ACCESSIBLE WRISTBAND EXCHANGE POINT
- The advance wristband exchange points at Ratina Shopping Center and Mall of Tripla are fully accessible.
- During the festival weekend, wristband exchange is available at Ratina Shopping Center until 20:30. After that, wristbands can be exchanged at the entrance gate corresponding to your ticket category:

Wristbands for customers needing assistance and their assistants (with 2 Days Plus, Flex, or Exclusive tickets) are issued at the wristband exchange points. The assistant must be present during both the wristband exchange and upon entry at the gate.
If a customer needing assistance has purchased a regular ticket, their assistant is allowed entry with the same ticket. Both the customer and assistant must enter together when the ticket is scanned, and entry is valid only once.
Proof of the need for assistance must be provided if necessary (e.g., Disability Card, Assistant Card, or other official documentation).
All entrances are accessible and paved, but we recommend customers needing assistance use the Laukontori Entrance.n.

TOO TIGHT WRISTBAND
If your wristband is too tight, you need to pick up a new wristband at a wristband exchange point. To receive a new wristband, you must bring your too-tight wristband, your ticket, and your ID.
At the festival area, you can exchange a too-tight wristband for a new one at the INFO point.
HOX! A new wristband will only be given in exchange for the old one. The old wristband must be left at the wristband exchange point.

- Wristbands cannot be shipped to your home for the 2025 event.
- We recommend bringing your ticket to the festival as a precaution in case of any issues.
- Please exchange your ticket for a wristband in advance if possible. This helps reduce queues at the wristband exchange points.
- The festival wristband does not function as a payment wristband, and you do not need to load money onto it. Purchases at the Blockfest festival area can be paid with all major debit and credit cards, contactless payment, and mobile payment options that support contactless technology.
