Keith Cozart, also known as Chief Keef, launched his career at the age of 16 with the release of his mixtape “Bang.” The artist quickly garnered a large following and signed a record deal with Interscope Records. Today, Chief Keef is recognized as one of the most significant pioneers and influencers of the Chicago drill style.
Chief Keef’s rise began on online platforms such as YouTube and SoundCloud, from where his unique style, controversial lyrics, and undeniable talent have left a lasting impact on the industry. His debut album “Finally Rich,” which included hit songs like “Love Sosa,” “I Don’t Like,” and “Hate Bein’ Sober,” was released in 2012. Also known as Sosa, Chief Keef has collaborated with many of the world’s most famous rap artists, including Kanye West, 50 Cent, and Drake.
